SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
Most orders will ship within 2 business days from receipt of order, excluding weekends. Please note that orders placed during heavily promoted and/or holiday periods may require additional processing time.
Please allow 5-7 business days for shipments within the continental U.S. to arrive. Expedited delivery is unavailable.
Shipments are only available to the contiguous United States. Shipment to Alaska, Hawaii, APO, FPO, and international destinations are not available at this time.
Sales Tax: We are required by law to collect sales tax for deliveries to certain states; if applicable, it will be automatically applied during checkout.
Refunds & Exchanges
If you are experiencing issues with a est.1951 product, or if items have arrived to you broken, please click here to file a claim, which will help us get a replacement to you as quickly as possible.
Refunds and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. For any issues with your order, please contact the customer service department at 1-800-231-9398 or click here to file a claim. Please note that refunds will be issued in the form of est1951.com store credit.
Please note that returned products must be in the original packaging, unused, and in sellable condition. Due to the nature of our products, used candles and wax melts cannot be returned.
For products that have arrived damaged, it is not necessary to return the product. Please click here to file a claim within 7 days of delivery, and we will be happy to assist you with a replacement.
If you have received the wrong product or are missing a product in your order, please let us know within 14 days of your order being delivered.
If you purchased your est.1951 product at one of our retail partners, please return or exchange your product at the location where you purchased it.
